Spring Is Movin' In

Just a quick walk around our front yard...stuff is startin' to bloom!

You have to cut back the Crape Myrtle tree and allow it to flush out fresh every year. It's always scary, 'cause it looks like we've killed it off.....

But...in spite of the blurry pictures, you can see the new leaves peeking out...

A glimpse of the front of our house...

Pink Begonias....

Petunias....

Fuschia Bouganvillea.....

Orange Bouganvillea.....

Blue Porter's Weed...look at the size of that bee!!!

He's huge!! These are butterfly plants and a good food source for bees, too....

Enjoy the rest of your weekend... ;)

Thanks for bringing back a wonderful springtime memory. We had a beautiful Crape Myrtle in the front yard when we lived in South Carolina. That brought back another wonderful memory from there... the scent of wild wisteria in the air. Spring was beautiful there!

Oh geez you are killing me....March is supposed to be the beignning of Spring, right? We still have snow drifts 6 feet high....blech! Oh well this will be here in three months or so. In the meantime, I will enjoy Spring vicariously through my Floridian blogging friend...beautiful pics!
