Ooooh - I've made some of her amazing recipes that a friend shared with me (but she moved away!) and believe me, I need the help.
I was raised 100% vegan and homeopathic as well as grain-free (LONG before it was cool to do that!), but, I married a meat and potatoes man - I need cooking help! I make excellent salads - carrots, mushroom, spinach, you name it. But put me in front of meat and butter and dairy and I'm lost.
How was I supposed to know it's not dinner if it doesn't have meat in it? Please - help me impress my husband with something other than Hamburger Helper!
